What is your energetic hygiene protocol for this service?

I facilitate an energetic cleansing and harmonization process before any session I facilitate, to include smoke cleansing, akashic light submersion, force of will intention setting, as well as the incorporation of many physical protective elements in the home I conduct my sessions in. In addition, I also utilize this same filtration technique on myself frequently to maintain my energetic sovereignty and wellbeing.

How does the FFF service actually work each month?

On the 5th each month I go into the my astral healing space and call in the energy body of everyone who has opted in to the service and is an active paying member of the patreon. I use my pre-developed techniques to form the filter, duplicate it as needed, and set it up over each individual energy body. For those who are long-term users of this service, I simply go to them update the filter system they’ve been using as over time the filters become more and more tuned to the individual energy bodies needs. Most months the filter is virtually unchanged, as it’s something I’ve already fine tuned for years, but some months I’m guided by my spirit mentors to tweak and tinker with the construction. After everyone has been through the filter refresh, I close out the energy session and send everyone’s energy bodies back. It’s a relatively gentle integration that processes as you sleep that night, and is specifically curated to be minimally invasive and to not interfere with other energy work, activations, or mundane experiences you’ll be encountering throughout the month.

There are more details about what to expect with integration once you join the Patreon, but I also always share a short group update about that months refresh by the 7th of each month.

Why do you offer this for only $5 a month?

Well, the simplest answer is that I’m actively and consistently working with this filtration system anyways, so I might as well make it available. This is something I’ve used for years, and still use daily, for managing my personal energetic hygiene and sovereignty. I used to charge more, and I have more advanced versions I use in my 1-1 Energy Weaving sessions, but I genuinely enjoy being able to share this with my patreon community - especially as I have so many members who have been enjoying the FFF system for years since I first started offering it.

How do I know if this is a good fit for me?

The biggest thing is to take a few moments to sit with your body, breathe into the present moment, and ask your energy if it feels inspired, curious, excited, or magnetized to the information shared here about this energy healing service. You’ll always be your best gauge to knowing what you need.

With that being said, it’s important to know that this service is not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical or mental illness. If you have any serious health concerns, are pregnant, or trying to become pregnant it’s always a good idea to be particularly intentional about your discernment and usage of any energy work or metaphysical products. You are always considered to consult with your healthcare providers for a holistic balance.

This energetic filtration technique was first created for myself in 2020 and I began introducing it to colleagues and clients in 2021. It’s relatively established now, but, I do continue enhancing it over time. This technique essentially runs your energy through a multi-layered energetic filter to gently remove foreign energy, stagnation, corruption, distortions, etc from the individual energy body. It’s a harmonization based method that addresses the energy body on both a cellular and frequencial level. 

How it Harmonizes:

The goal is to help you maintain your energetic integrity and autonomy by clearing any debris that either isn’t yours or is no longer aligned with your highest and greatest good. (For example, a safe form of energetic cording might be between a mother and a young child, though that still varies.) This process of restoring autonomy to the energy body also improves confidence and ease with understanding your own energy and your own authentic voice - as it will gradually reduce distortion by foreign energy and/or the expectations of others over time as its used. There are also specific layers added for the purpose of enforcing energetic boundaries, overall energetic harmonization, and restoring compassion, joy, and confidence into the energy body.

Energetic Debris Management:

The reason this is being provided within a monthly subscription format is because the filter will only clear the layers and depths that are safe and in perfect alignment for you to clear at the time, therefore over time the filters will be able to clear deeper layers of your energy body from distortions and foreign energy. In addition, picking up foreign energy debris is something that is simply common as part of our human experiences. Encountering individuals at work or the grocery store, surfing social media, visiting a troublesome family member, or exploring the astral, can all potentially leave energetic debris in your energy field (think of it like accidentally picking up dust or a stranger’s piece of hair). 

The purpose of this subscription is to support participants with consistently maintaining energetic autonomy so that these pieces of debris do not build up and cause more significant issues and to also safely and deeply restore autonomy and confidence at a manageable pace that will not interfere with other healings, energetic hygiene routines, or general experiences you are having. I recognize that sometimes life gets busy, and not everyone is at a place in their spiritual practice where they consistently engage with energetic hygiene practices or feel confident in their skills to do so. Even if you are a skilled practitioner, it is always beneficial to have another perspective, and then sometimes it's just more convenient to have a helping hand. This service is meant to be accessible to everyone and to have consistent benefits for individuals of all skill levels. This service would even be great to gift to a partner or friend (with their consent of course!).

Layer 3: Sovereignty Grid | Defensive Boundaries | The frequency threads used to recognize what is your energy versus others and to create a separation between the two are being refined to accommodate soul mechanism evolutions that have occurred in past months across the collective to ensure continued accuracy.

Layer 4: Protection Grid | Preemptive Shielding & Deterrent | Additional threads being added for reinforcing your soul body's natural shielding layers. 'Warning bells' have been interwoven as well that can be activated by each individual to psychically alert when a refresh or deeper clearing is needed due to significant foreign interference. Write "My FFF Warning Bell Signal is _______. It is So." on a piece of paper and then burn it to activate. Can be changed as well. This is a more experimental update, effectiveness seems to be dependent on individual psychic development.
